Providing measurable success
in reducing disability incidence and duration
Co-founders Pam Krenzel and Kathryn
Salamanchuk have each been professionals in the Absence
and Disability Management field for over 20 years.
Employed with different organizations within the public
and private sectors, in both union and non-unionized
environments, Pam and Kathryn have worked in the design, development, implementation
and administration
of Absence and Disability Management programs
involving thousands of employees.
Pam played a key role in the development
of one of Canada's first comprehensive disability management
programs. Kathryn introduced successful initiatives for
containing health and disability costs as the manager of international employee
benefit
programs. In their various roles, both Kathryn and Pam have demonstrated measurable
success in reducing disability incidence and duration through early rehabilitation
involvement and aggressive claims management.
